The work
April 6, 2018. A leaning tree with a fence and a shed underneath it. Two photographs from the same morning.
How it goes
From the call to the cleanup.
- Call, or text a photo of the tree and the town it's in.
- He comes out and looks at it. The estimate is free.
- When there's a fence, a shed or a roof underneath, he climbs it and takes it down in pieces. That's how Kathleen's came down.
- Then the cleanup. Three of his customers made a point of it in their reviews.
In their words
What his customers wrote.
Despite being a busy season the Tree Guy quickly gave me an estimate and came out to take down a tree about to topple over and take down my fence. Very professional and knowledgeable. Took the tree down with no damage to shed or fence. Cut up logs for use in fire pit. Excellent clean up and reasonable price. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.
Tried 4 other places and left messages, called "the Tree Guy" (Weston) and he answered his phone. Said he stop by the next day take a look and said he could do! within 2hrs tree was down cleaned up and gone!! highly recommend!
We had a tree that was posing a hazard so I called The Tree Guy. He returned my call in 15 minutes, was at my property an hour later to give me an estimate and returned that afternoon to do the job. He was efficient and cleaned up everything before leaving. I will definitely call him again if the need arises.
Questions
Straight answers.
- Is the estimate free?
- Yes.
- How much does tree removal cost?
- It depends on the tree: how big it is, which way it leans, what's under it, and whether you want the wood hauled away or left. That's what the free estimate is for. A photo and the town get it started.
- Can I keep the wood?
- Kathleen kept hers, cut for the fire pit. Ask when he comes out.
- How do I pay?
- Cash, check or card.
- What are the hours?
- Open 24 hours for emergencies. If he can't pick up, text a photo of the tree and the town, so it's waiting for him.
